Easy to get to otago museum, moana pool was also so close to the hotel. We really enjoyed amazing views. The beds were comfortable in our room.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect as it was close to the city centre, but away from the crazy city life. We also enjoyed being close to the supermarket and great cafes. The park offered nice views, and the apartment was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly, and their dog made this hotel even more welcoming.

Could walk to local shops and take aways

Buildings a little dated, however inside had been renovated. Slightly too far out from city centre.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location in the beautiful suburb of Roslyn was just perfect. It offered a peaceful and scenic environment, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The service provided by the staff was top-notch. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. The room amenities were fantastic - from the ironing facilities to the sitting area and dining table, everything was well-appointed. I particularly appreciated the free toiletries and the inclusion of a washing machine in the bathroom. It made my stay even more convenient and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, and having a dryer was a great bonus. the room had everything I could possibly need for a luxurious and enjoyable stay.

My husband and I stayed in the Roslyn Apartments for six nights in November 2011. The apartment (No.8) was fantastic. Loved the view, the bed, the under-floor heating in the bathroom (luxury), the laundry facilities, the heat pump (we had snow!!), the free wireless internet and the local amenities at Roslyn. Great to be near two supermarkets and the "Friday Shop" in Roslyn is wonderful - ask the owner Jay for more information - but be in early unless you have put in a telephone order. The croissants are fantastic and also the lemon tart. You can walk off the calories on the gorgeous hill walks that can be taken in any direction from the apartments.

The apartments are conveniently located close to the city centre which can be reached either by a short walk or a 5-minute taxi ride. There is a good selection of restaurants and cafes around the area. The apartments are modern, spacious and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. They even provide tea, coffee, washing powder, DVDs, and free WIFI. Greeting and advice from the friendly hosts make the stay even more enjoyable.

One of the apartments had some cleanliness issues, such as dusty couches and leftovers from previous guests under the TV stand.

Very helpful manager who recommended places to go and see and had a discount deal for a very nice restaurant nearby with wonderful views of the area. Very complete kitchen, plus laundry facilities in the bathroom, no coins necessary! Great location, great space, good price.

Steep driveway, limited parking.

Great place. Luxurious and comfortable. Well worth what we paid for 2 nights. Would happily recommend and stay there again. All the appliances, big tv, lovely couches and balcony. Rooms are gorgeous and beds super comfy. A+++

Wifi signal didnt reach the living area. Only got signal in the bedrooms and kitchen.

The apartment was surprisingly spacious and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. It was conveniently located close to restaurants, shops, and only a short drive to the heart of the city. The garage parking was a plus for us. The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment had plenty of hot water. The location and friendly service were the best aspects of our experience.

Although the apartment was furnished, we found a few areas that could have been cleaner, and there was a slight odor that bothered us. The furniture and kitchen had some underlying dirt and grime.
